I am administrating 2 ZCS Open Source servers, v 5.0.9 running on CentOS.
I am now experiencing that some messages get lost, i.e. never gets delivered to the recipient. Today, I actually saw the reception of a message in /log/mailbox.log, but the message itself is nowhere to be found in any of the users folders - there are no filters anywhere that should remove the message either.
Here is a line from the log:
I've had sporadic reports from users that mail doesn't get delivered and now I experience it myself.
mailbox.log:2008-10-22 10:26:14,676 INFO [LmtpServer-8954] [ip=220.127.116.11;] lmtp - Delivering message: size=2548 bytes, nrcpts=1, email@example.com, msgid=<414B266BE097D9488A88A0DB41E04DBA186B8B@yy.yy.local>

How do I go about tracking down what has happened, and what could possibly be causing this?
