Question How to apply this rule?

    HI,

If no XX@mycompany.com in recipients or CC or BCC, then this email can be sent, but system will return a alarm email to the sender.

    OR

If no XX@mycompany.com in recipients or CC or BCC, then this email will be reject.

    TIA.

You cannot construct a rule like that, only way to do it would be to get postfix to bcc to a address for all emails.
