I'm not sure but the right approach would be to create a shared calendar. This is more a "administration" thing. You might want to ask the guys in the admin-forum.

there is no easy way to do this while maintaining administration through the web client. The way we do it is we have an account that stores company calendars say calendars@domain.com then we have a calendar called /Company that is shared read access to the whole domain.

We then have a script to create new users. The script first calls zmprov to create the user, then zmmailbox to mount the shared calendar to thier account. The script also sets up various other shared resources automatically. This can't be done via the web admin tool.

See the wiki pages for zmprov and zmmailbox

    dj...

I put a sample of the scripts I use out on the web...I use Ruby, but you could use Perl or Python or whatever your favorite scripting language is.

DZone Snippets: Store, sort and share source code, with tag goodness

It's pretty highly customized so you'll have to make it work for your environment.

There's also ways to do all this via SOAP but I haven't figured that out yet myself. There's some PHP code running around in this forum somewhere.
