Some idea of which Zimbra version and release plus the operating system would be a start. What errors do you see in the log files? Are you behind a NAT router and if so, di you set-up a Split DNS? What does the output of running the following show:

    Code:
    zmcontrol status

Hello, my friend. I'm using version 5.0.6 together with Debian 4.0 r5. I'm only after a Router Cisco 1700 series. Do you want me post the zimbra.log to analyze.

    Thank's.

When asked for information in the forums please post the output of any commands you're given. Is this a new installation? Has this problem always happened or has it just started?

If you are behind a NAT router then follow the instructions in the Split DNS link I've given you above, have you done that? Do you have external DNS records for your Domain? Look in the log files for errors for anything about problems receiving mail.
    Regards

    Bill

Yes, please and do post the output with 'code' around them (highlight the output of each command and hit the code symbol, the # above the edit box) so it can be read easily.
