Sorry if this is posted before.

My server has been active now for 4 days after the old one crashed.
We knew that it would crash so we had the zimbra server ready for replacing it.
The results of the zimbra server where notoriosly better than the old server.
Faster mail delivering, less spam, easy administration, happy clients, etc.

I checked the spam account and I noticed that the only spam in this account is a mail marked spam manually by a user. Almost every user has spam in their spam folder but the spam account is empty, so is the ham account.

Is this normal?? Can it be configurated to deliver all spam to the spam account for easly rescue the fasle positive spam.
