We finished a migration from sendmail to zimbra. and the system is sending and receiving emails perfectly.
However we have noticed some issues with Outlook Express and IMAP folder subscription.
My case is this:
Users in the past had Inbox, Sent Mails, Draft Mails and personal folders.
items sent are stored in IMAP folder Sent Mails,etc.
Now with zimbra the system folders are Inbox, Drafts, Trash, Sent ,Spam.
Is there a way to tell zimbra (or outlook express) to force an outlook subscription to Drafts,Spam,Trash,Sent folders? So the users do not need to manual query and subscribe to the folders?
Also, is there a way to tell Outlook express to "map" the folders that it stores sent emails and drafts, to the new ones in zimbra?
What I'm trying to avoid here is to have to go to every user desk and refresh folders and resubscribe.
