I have a user account that cannot be accessed. When I try to access the account via the Admin console it crashes zmmailbdctl.

I cannot delete the account either from the linux console...

All I can do (just about) is change the status of the account... active/maintenance/closed from the linux console.
There is 1.1GB of email in the user store which would be nice to retrieve if at all possible.
Any suggestions as to where to start to look?
