    Default Moving messages via thuderbird

I connect to the IMAP service via Thunderbird and have subscribed to several sub-folders. When I drag a message to a folder, Thunderbird removes it from view and it is now seen in the folder. The weird part is that when I then go to the web ui, the moved message is still sittig there in the inbox.

It is shown as a second message in a conversation, the first being the "moved" message in the sub folder.

Any ideas why the original message in the inbox isn't removed?

Is it possible this is just a caching problem try refreshing the page.... If you have the mail client and web client both open and make a move or change in one of the apps, it is not going to be absouletely instantaneous, it does take time to sync together.

    Default Sort of

Yep, I was viewing both at the same time to test it out. Seems that items are not deleted from the inbox until you exit Thunderbird. Simply closing the application does make them clear out of the web ui.
