Default zmtrainsa: why run sa-learn --import?

A quick question for y'all: why does zmtrainsa (in 3.1, in case it matters) call sa-learn --import every time it gets called? From what I can tell, it looks like this is redundant (since the DB is already in DB_File format), and not only this, but for reasons that are well beyond my comprehension, the bayes_seen and bayes_toks databases seem to grow bigger with every call of "sa-learn --import" even if I haven't added anything to them!

looks (to me) like a bug in zmtrainsa.

    I went ahead and bugzilla'd it http://bugzilla.zimbra.com/show_bug.cgi?id=7592
