Exclamation Odd links created in received/viewing email

Did a search Zimbra-wide. Please redirect if solution exists.

Is there a sensitivity control or exclusion list (grey/blacklisting) for auto generating hyperlinks in received/viewing email messages to make the user experience more meaningful?

When viewing emails, Zimbra CS interpretation creates (live) hyperlinks on random verbiage varying widely.

For instance, over words like "may", "today", "tomorrow" or any date, hyperlinks are created to connect with the calendar correctly.

But, others are interpreted which not have any association, for instance, "M.S.W.,", "know", "etc." and "<myname@somedomain.com>" creates a hyperlink with a blank tooltip that leads to nowhere.

It is clear that a period (.) after many words, ZCS automatically creates a hyperlink link as shown above. All these links assume they are domains that are accessible in a web browser. For example, the word "know." is automatically hyperlinked by ZCS and when clicked returns a browser error: Firefox can't find the server at www.know.". with URL: http://www.know."/

Phone numbers formatted like this: 415/xxx.xxxx , also are automatically hyperlinked and lead to 404 error and dead ends with URL: http://www.415.com/xxx.xxxx

The users are beginning to report spam-like experience.

Is there a sensitivity control or exclusion list (grey/blacklisting) for auto generating hyperlinks in received/viewing email messages to make the user experience more meaningful?
