    Default [SOLVED] Calendar Sharing?

user a@my-server.com has a calendar "/test Calendar Now" that they shared with several users. One of the users does not show any appointments in the Calendar, while the other users show 58 appointments. All users are using the "Adv. Web Client" in FireFox 3 for their viewer.

    Code:
    zmmailbox -z -m a@my-server.com gaf
    returns
    Code:
\ Id View Unread Msg Count Path
    ---------- ---- ---------- ---------- ----------
             1 conv 0 0 /
         35299 appo 0 58 /test Calendar Now
    while
    Code:
    zmmailbox -z -m noappointment@my-server.com gaf
    returns
    Code:
\ Id View Unread Msg Count Path
    ---------- ---- ---------- ---------- ----------
          10306 appo 0 0 /User A's test Calendar Now (a@my-server.com:35299)
    and
    Code:
    zmmailbox -z -m gotappointment@my-server.com gaf
    gets
    Code:
\ Id View Unread Msg Count Path
    ---------- ---- ---------- ---------- ----------
          38178 appo 0 58 /User A's test Calendar Now (a@my-server.com:35299)
any suggestions on how to fix what user "noappointment" is seeing.
Note that User "A" is out of the office for a few days.

Is this behavior happening with the Zimbra Web Client. If so, the "noappointment" user does have this shared calendar "checked", right?

    Default Web Client

    Yes,
I've unchecked, and checked the calendar, have also switched between advanced, and standard client.

The output above is from the server using the zmmailbox command as the zimbra user

Yeah, I was just shooting for the most obvious thing. I think the 'zmmailbox' command would probably show up even if the user had the calendar un-checked. I know you said the user who shared the calendar is out for a few days, but there are probably some 'zmprov' commands that you can run to revoke and re-add the share.

    Default add info

An attempt to add the Calendar to my account
    Code:
    zmmailbox -z -m a@my-site.com mfg /test\ Calendar\ Now account me@my-site.com r
    ERROR: zclient.CLIENT_ERROR (unknown folder: /test\ Calendar\ Now)
    takes an error

I suspect its the Space Char's in the name that is part of the problem but have tried within both double and single quotes ("", '').

Any idea of the zmprov command that would do the trick?

I think you are right about the spaces causing the problems. Maybe try a %20 in place of the space (just a wild guess). Hopefully someone else will chime in. I have to believe having users create shares that include spaces is pretty common.

I also think you are on the right track with the 'zmmailbox' command, as opposed to 'zmprov'.

Default That did not do it either

    Code:
     zmmailbox -z -m a@my-site.com mfg /test\ Calendar\ Now account me@my-site.com r
ERROR: zclient.CLIENT_ERROR (unknown folder: /test Calendar Now)
    [zimbra@my-site ~]$ zmmailbox -z -m a@my-site.com mfg /test\%20Calendar\%20Now account me@my-site.com r
    ERROR: zclient.CLIENT_ERROR (unknown folder: /test%20Calendar%20Now)
    [zimbra@my-sitel ~]$ zmmailbox -z -m a@my-site.com mfg /test%20Calendar%20Now account me@my-site.com r
    ERROR: zclient.CLIENT_ERROR (unknown folder: /test%20Calendar%20Now)

    seems to work for me

    Code:
    zimbra@castor:~> zmmailbox -z
    mbox> sm testuser
    mailbox: testuser@domain.com, size: 19.27 KB, messages: 641, unread: 69
    mbox testuser@domain.com> cf -V appointment "/test calendar"
    340
mbox testuser@domain.com> mfg "/test calendar" account bdial rwidx
    mbox testuser@domain.com> sm bdial
    mailbox: bdial@domain.com, size: 207.58 MB, messages: 18417, unread: 2081
mbox bdial@domain.com> cm "/test calendar" testuser "/test calendar"
    43580
    mbox bdial@domain.com> quit
    zimbra@castor:~> zmmailbox -z -m bdial gaf | grep test
         43580 appo 0 0 /test calendar (testuser@domain.com:340)

    Default Still not for me

Using your method (interactive zmmailbox) I don't see any error messages, but I still don't see the share when I check with "gaf".
