Question Having 2 outgoing smtp serveur into zimbra desktop

    Hello here,

We just migrated our mail system to zimbra from an exchange. Everything works well.
But our manager have 2 mail addresses. Each one on a different domain.
    For example : and

    context :
    - These 2 domains are managed by different mail server on different locations
    - Mails from are automaticaly forwarded to inbox
    - domain 1 is our new zimbra mail system

=> our manager uses zimbra desktop and read inbox and in consequence read mails that come from domain2. But when he wants to send a mail, he would like to choose either if he sends it from domain2 or domain1. This is really important for him since these 2 domains represents 2 different compagnies.

In every MUA we can add some smtp servers to the main account and at the time of writing a mail choose the smtp server we want to.

Is there a way to do that with zimbra desktop?

    Thank you so much,

The feature you want is Persona, go to the user account preferences and in the Accounts tab click on 'Add Persona'.
