I have some generic email accounts where I receive emails.
Those emails get to a shared email folder at my zimbra server.
I've created a structure of "customers/customer_name" and created some filters to place each incoming email in its correspondent folder.
Now, the problem.
I have two people taking care of answering those emails, but I can't see their answers, because those get to each user's sent mail. So I don't know if a customer has been answered and can't see the answer.
Is there any way to get outgoing emails placed on each customer folder? How else can I get this done?
