It will recalculate the quota to reflect the change. What is the quota shown as (in the web ui?) and how much mail did you delete? What does the quota look like if you display it via the command line.

    Run this :

    zmprov gqu `zmhostname `

See if it shows you correct quota ?

..... and the answer to my other question about how much mail you deleted?

...... and the output of the command you were asked to run? Please attach a screenshot of the web ui showing the quota.

Do you manually empty the trash folder or wait for ZCS to automatically perform it ?
    Code:
    su - zimbra
    zmprov gc {cos} zimbraMailTrashLifetime
Change CoS to the one that has been applied to the account.

Is the mailbox only accessed via the ZWC or have you connected using a fat client at all eg. Thunderbird ?
