    Default postfix config parameter

    Dear All,

    got a question when testing 5.0.18 Open Source Edition.
    I've read the article on Wiki:
    Tuning Postfix Queue Settings - Zimbra :: Wiki
    but still have problem on How to set the postfix parameter.

    Question:
    we're going to set "smtpd_reject_unlisted_recipient" to "yes" in order for sender verification. and my steps are :

    su - zimbra
    postconf -e smtpd_reject_unlisted_recipient=yes
    ( this step is going to set /opt/zimbra/postfix/conf/main.cf.default)

    zmlocalconfig -e smtpd_reject_unlisted_recipient=yes
    ( this step is going to set /opt/zimbra/conf/localconfig.xml )

    zmcontrol stop ; zmcontrol start ( probably postfix reload is enough.)

    Now :
    "zmlocalconfig | grep smtpd_reject_unlisted" returns:
    smtpd_reject_unlisted_recipient = yes

    "postconf | grep smtpd_reject_unlisted" returns:
    smtpd_reject_unlisted_recipient = no

    Is this regular behavior? and what's the actual value for smtpd_reject_unlisted_recipient?

    any advice on this? Thanks.
