I'm currently trying to find a way to delete appointments that have been declined by a resource because of conflicts (only in the resource's calendar).
Actually, we developped a little Zimlet that let people see the agenda of a specifed resource by clicking its name (which just opens a new window with the url http://server/home/resource/Calendar.html?view=workWeek. It works great, but the problem is that meetings that have been accepted are shown the same way as meetings that have been declined, which results to conflicts because sometimes (well, more often than it should...) people just don't care about the message sent by the resource and think the meeting has been accepted. And when they look at the resource's calendar, they see both meetings without any difference between the accepted and the declined one, so they just call at us complaining about Zimbra which isn't reliable.
So the solution I imagine would be to set up a script that would daily delete all declined appointments in every resource's calendar to avoid this kind of problem. Is this possible ? Or is there any other solution (except teaching the users to read carefully every mail they receive, because I've already tried that...) ?
Thanks in advance !
