The Problem you are describe is an installation error. You should search our install log because i have the same problem. It depends on "Upgrading Document Templates ..... failed". Some Accounts would be upgraded and after an error occurs it breaks the operation and the following accounts will not work.

So my problem is a java.lang exception, see on Installation > "Upgrading Document Template ...."

Same problem here on a testing server. And only accounts which have secondary (parent/child) mailboxes. Once I disconnect the secondary mailbox all works fine. Once I re-connect it, somehow I can login, but have no folder structure, no tabs, the UI is just all screwed up. Somebody at Q/A is gonna be home late tonight

Confirmed - for us the easiest solution was to completely remove the distribution list, and recreate it. This resolved all login issues.

This did cause some problems with users shared calendars, however. This is because we use distribution list e-mail addresses when granting access to our calendar. (ie: I share my calendar to instead of creating separate shared)
