    Welcome to the forums

Why would you even want to remove that ? That will open the door to a lot of SPAM mails.

check out the warning about the spam, then change it with zmprov:
    (untested)
    zmprov mcf zimbraMtaRestriction -reject_non_fqdn_sender

Also, for future reference when you are trying to manually edit a configuration file like that always edit the *.conf.in version as the *.conf version is rewritten on startup of the service.
