    Hi,
    Is it required to check these options for SMTP auth? I just want only authenticated users can send mails regardless of what domain name, hostname or FQDN they are using. Let me know if i am not clear to u..!

    Those options posted by dalmate aren't relevant to your problem. As raj said, the only way for something to use Zimbra to send messages is if it is authenticated, in your MTA trusted networks, or you have disabled authentication.

    How are you testing this "unauthenticated user can send"?

    Are you sure you don't mean that you don't want unauthenticated users to be able to relay? If that's the case, then Zimbra comes that way out of the box.
