    Default Internal domain mails are going to junk folder

    Hi Guys,

    After so many months, I am again facing the same problem.
    My few users are able to recevie mails from external world without any issue but when they send mail to each other within domain then its going to junk folder....I tried to mark it as "non junk" but its keep goin into junk folder....


    few months back when i was facing this problem with most of my users ,,i upgraded my zimbra server and then that problem got resolved ....pls go through the link ..

    My current zimbra version is zcs 5.0.13
    ClamAV version is 0.95.2 ( i think i need to upgrade this )
    SPam checking setting is as below :
    Kill percent - 66
    Tag percent - 33

    Unless you post the headers from one of the emails it is difficult to see why it is happening.

    So from the headers it looks like your clients are using Outlook and relaying through your ZCS server to local users ? Are all your clients within the same subnet ?

    yes...this domain users are using outlook for mail communication and not webmail as they are comfortable with outlook...n they are accessing it through internet not from the private network...
