    HDD S-ATA 500 GB x 4 Unit (build-raid 5)

    Install CentOS 5.3

How much RAM on this server and how many users? It's not advisable to use a RAID5 for Zimbra: Performance Tuning Guidelines for Large Deployments - Zimbra :: Wiki

Top and phoenix are both telling you your problem... your system is sitting there waiting on I/O. Your RAID array is not keeping up the performance level your system needs.

(wa in top for linux systems tells the amount of time the processor was doing nothing, but still blocked while waiting on I/O)

Thank you very much, I think the problem is RAID5 and S-ATA Harddisk.
I will try to solve again please advise for stable hardware.
