I am facing a problem with a client and would like to know if anyone could help me. My client is interested in sharing emails. He would like to share an inbox, that is, two different emails sharing the same email (inbox and outbox). He wants to be able to read an email that got to sales department from different accounts, and the diferent answers. I know I can share calendars, which he is already doing, but is there a way to do this in Zimbra. If anyone could give me a hint or help me, it would be really helpful.

You can use a IMAP client like Thunderbird to do this. In a future release the web client will also have this ability.
I am new into email configurations, could you let me know how to do so, or where can I find that information?
Thanks a lot for your help. I have decided to go with Zimbra and hope to be buying ZCS this week or next.
In Thunderbird just go to add accounts and you can add multiple IMAP accounts.
