Change users password
Running Zimbra 6.0.4 behind an Apache 2.3 proxy (on Red Hat 5 x64).
The Zimbra webinterface is running on port 8080, but Apache is proxy'ing to to port 443 using a virtual host.
When a user want's the change its own password, the user is redirected to https://servername.url:8080/h/changepass. Somehow, Apache did not redirect port 8080 to port 80.
Could this because of a hard redirection in Zimbra?
Same result.. as expected
Search the forums for the words 'apache proxy 443'.
Did that. Please be a little more descriptive.
My Apache virtual host in running correctly. Somehow, only the changepass URL is not being rewriten correctly.
Do I need to setup the Zimbra Proxy package?
No, you don't. If you search for the words I gave you earlier and look at the search results there is an answer that tells you what you need to do.
