Suddenly Outlook stopped downloading new mails for three users.
Authentication was successful, but new mails were visible in Zimbra Web UI, but not in Outlook.
Then we noticed that POP settings in "Preferences" was set to a future date, which was correct yesterday. Can anyone guide me on this.
Current value is to only download mail that has arrived after 3/5/10 at 12:48PM
