my client uses this Zimbra release:
Release 6.0.2_GA_1912.DEBIAN5_64 DEBIAN5_64 FOSS edition.
The problem is one of his users is not able to open some emails in the web interface.
He can open it through other means thought (blackberry, which is handled somehow over imap).
So i verified this myself, i logged in as administrator and switched to the user's inbox, searched for the message in question and I could not open it. Not with double clicking nor with "open in new window button". On other messages it works just fine.
The user has about 8 messages which have this behavior.
Edit as new message does not work as well. What i CAN do is view the source of the message, but on a glance there was nothing special.
I am at a loss here, is there eventually a SOAP log in /opt? I did not find one.
