Well to be honest I don't think there is anything you can do to prevent it as your are allowing that workstation to relay through Zimbra; and hence trust it.

Its not a bug; you are trusting the sender so it will be allowed through.

On what basis it is allowing, because we configured the outlook based on our domain(ramji@osais.com).so it will be registered. If i change the user information the server should have to verify the user is in the domain or not,but instead of that it is not allowing. But if i give ang gmail id inthe user information the mail is blocked and it is not going outside.

How are the users authenticating to relay through your server via the connector ? by user or by IP ?

Yes, by default Zimbra sets the zimbraMtaMyNetworks property to include the subnet of your Zimbra server. You can modify this to include only IPs that you want to allow if you want your Zimbra server on the same subnet as your workstations.

Zimbra will allow you to send emails to users inside your domain from outside of your LAN by default and will only relay from the outside after authentication. If you are sending from the same LAN, Zimbra will likely allow the relay without authenticating. See: ZimbraMtaMyNetworks - Zimbra :: Wiki
