    Default No junk mails stays with subject {spam}

    Hi,

    In ZCS 6.0.4 when we change the mail status "No junk" in Junk folder the mail back to Inbox but the subject stay marked with {spam} is it a way to suppress this mark when the mail is defined as no spam ?

    No as Amavis has already marked it. If you are only using the web client then why not remove the {spam} tag all together ?

    How did you do that in Inbox in web client ???

    The subject is modified as "{spam}..." there is no way to modify the mail subject in Inbox...

    Admin GUI -> Global Settings -> AS/AV -> Subject Prefix

    I think you don't understand the problem, I don't want to change the tag {spam} (I know how do that) but I want when I mark a spam as NO Spam in Junk folder, the mail goes back in Inbox WITHOUT the prefix {spam}.

    Okay, sorry I do not believe that is possible. You may wish to vote on Bug 2530 – Marking a mail as "not a spam" is not working properly. and add a comment that the subject tag should be removed.
