Default Removing users from junk lists, junk list management

    Hello,

A lot of our employees (including the owner of the company) are showing up in eachothers junk folder. Also, we have a few in-house tools that auto-email notifications and those notifications are going to junk as well. I have instructed people to view their junk folder then click "Not Junk" on selected emails, but it is a lot of work for some people to stay on top of this. And all it takes is missing one critical email that starts a fire.

Is there a global "Do Not Junk 'this.address@domain.com'" list that I could be adding addresses to, so we can avoid this hassle? What is the best way to manage this.

It also gets old having users call me up "So and so said all my emails are going to his/her junk folder, whats the deal with that?". Especially when I have to say " I don't know...." ....heaven forbid! haha. Thanks.

    Thanks!

Well it would really help if you were to update your profile with the following so we can see which version you are on; please
    Code:
    su - zimbra
    zmcontrol -v
and again it would be helpful if you posted the headers from one of the emails so we are able to see which SA rules are being hit. Though I will stick my neck out and reckon you are hitting :- http://www.zimbra.com/forums/adminis...-1-2010-a.html
