    Default [SOLVED] Server statistics - no data available

    Hi,
    i've a problem with server statistics in multi server environment, when i go on Monitoring > Server statistics for all tabs instead of all charts the interface show "no data available"

    On the server running logger service i've recreate the statistics with this commands but the problem persists:
    HTML Code:
    su - zimbra
    zmloggerctl stop
    rm -rf /opt/zimbra/logger/db/data/*
    /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmfixperms (as root)
    /opt/zimbra/bin/zmsyslogsetup (as root)
    zmloggerctl start
    Can anyone help me?

    hi,
    does the syslog server run correctly ?
    In multiserver configuration you have to set the -r option in syslogd file (if ubuntu/debian) and syslogd_options="-r -m o" (if rhat and derivates) on the first storage system

    Thanks Teo, that was the problem!

    Summing:

    There is a "mistake" about configuring syslog on Ubuntu systems.

    The parameter SYSLOGD in /etc/default/syslog should be set as follows:

    SYSLOGD="-r"

    and not:

    SYSLOGD_options="-r -m 0"

    Thanks!

    Please file an entry in Bugzilla Main Page - Zimbra for that problem, please check there isn't an already existing bug.
