Default Zimbra fails using (standard http) or (mobile) version

    Hi,

we have zimbra version 6.06. We are having issues of error 500 when users choose the mobile or standard html version of the interface. We dont know since when this has been happening, because nobody used it before.

There were some changes some days ago. We installed a new theme and previously we upgraded from 5.18 version. We had to remove the theme because it broke zimbra and had to delete the cache directory "jetty/work/zimbra/jsp/org" .

Now everything works but the html/mobile interface.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance.

Here are some logs of the error:

    Default

    Hi,

we partiality solved this problem, we recovered the html version of zimbra's web-mail.

First in a test machine we install a fresh copy of zimbra 6.06 opensource and found several differences in the contents of the folder
    /opt/zimbra/jetty/work/ (Attached in diff.txt)

    Following an older post:

    http://www.zimbra.com/forums/adminis...ver-error.html

We decided to take the next actions:

    zmcontrol stop
    rm -rf /opt/zimbra/jetty/work/*
    mv /opt/zimbra/log/*.log /var/tmp/
    zmcontrol start

Doing this we fixed only the html version, but we still have error 500 on the mobile version.

    Any ideas?
