    Default Webclient and Mta error

Hi, I have problem with Zimbra WebClient, after compose, reply or forwarding email and click on send button, the button is unable.
I think the problem is the launchNewWindow.jsp because when compose new email after click on send button at left below the window (Internet explore) get error:
    https://domin.com/zimbra/public/launchNewWindow.jsp
    Error: permit denied
    Line: 1478
    Ca: 104
    Code: B

Then I down Zimbra Server (zmcontrol stop) and I ran (su - zimbra) /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmfixperms, next chow -R /opt/zimbra/ (user root),
but up Zimbra Server (zmcontrol start) get this error:

Do you have any issues with composing in the parent window (i.e. not in a new window) ??

Also, what version of Zimbra client are you running (i.e. type "$set:get version" in the search bar)

I am wondering about that chown -R command the user executed. Perhaps by executing that he fouled up the file access required?

Yup- I'd agree. It looks like he changed the ownership of the zimbra dir to root and not zimbra.

Turn off the "Always compose in new window" option under Options > Mail (scroll all the way at the bottom).

With this option turned off, you can still compose in new window by holding down the Shift key and clicking on the "New" compose button.

Good call. That is what I was going to suggest.

What does your /etc/hosts file look like?
