Hello, I hope you can help. I needed to allow a remote network to use my SMTP server. (Two different branches using same email server) There are also about 7-8 "field" locations that will need IMAP access (and SMTP) to the mail server. I can get IMAP to connect ok, but when trying to send mail using our SMTP server, i get this message

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Code:
  Subject:	Hello
      Sent:	5/27/10 6:10 PM

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

      'client@client.com' on 5/27/10 6:10 PM
            554 5.7.1 <client@client.com>: Relay access denied

      'client@client.com' on 5/27/10 6:10 PM
            554 5.7.1 <client@client.com>: Relay access denied
I have read this guide: ZimbraMtaMyNetworks - Zimbra :: Wiki

The branch where the server is has a network of 192.168.0.0/24 and the other branch has a network of 192.168.1.0/24. The remote locations I will have no control over.

I really do not understand what to do and what is going wrong. I added the networks like the guide said to do, but I always get that Relay access is denied error

I would so greatly appreciate anyone's help and thank you
