Post [SOLVED] Migrating from Network Edition to Open Source Edition

We are contemplating moving from Network Edition to Open Source Edition.
What would it take to switch to open source?
    What would we loose?

    Thank you

Take a full backup with the NE Backup then backup the whole /opt/zimbra directory structure (use the Open Source backup on the wiki) then run the install script (I'd suggest you install the same OSS version as you have NE) as normal and that will 'upgrade' it to the Open Source version. You'll obviously lose the NE features such as NE Backup, ZCO, Delegated Admin etc.
    Regards
