a new-to-zimbra-admin has another question:
How can one share colors or tags within appointments? Background is that we want to have a company-wide system of colors: green for holiday, red for meeting, and so on.
If I look into a shared calendar, then I cannot see the (colored) tags that the owner gave the appointment. I also cannot see which color the owner gave this particular calendar.
How can we solve this situation? A solution needs not necessarily use tags or colors, but there should be just a company-wide way to categorize appointments.
