Default Single user-Two email addresses-One interface

Is is possible to have a single interface (either web or outlook) for a user having two email addresses? what I want is, the user should be able to access both his email boxes from the same interface. I thought to achieve the same using Outlook where I created two profiles, but I am able to log with one email address at a time.

    How can I achieve this?

Another question is the version I am using is Version 3.1.3 network edition. Has anyone tried the latest version?

Yeah, at the moment, you can't do this in the web interface.

It's possible the Outlook plugin lets you do that, but I'm only using OSS, so I'll defer to someone else on that :-)

However, one thing that would work is to send all email going from one account to the other.

You can do that using Zimbra's mail forwarding option.

You could also use fetchmail to pull mail from one account, and put it into another.

The problem at the moment is that when sending email, you don't get to choose what 'From' address to use. That is a feature request currently in bugzilla though.

Though, I do suppose that if you're using Outlook as your client -- if you use one of the two options above to consolidate the accounts, Outlook itself would allow you to choose a 'From' address.

    Have a good one,
    -Eric

    Thanks for your reply.

Which Outlook plugin are you using?

    Is that reliable?

    Where can I download that?

Can you send me the URL of the documentation for configuring it?
