    Our Lotus Domino Server have a register MX, and have conection directly to Internet, and our Zimbra Server is conected to lotus with the same domain, we can send mail from Lotus to Internet, and Lotus to Zimbra, and Zimbra to Internet, and Zimbra user web interface to Lotus notes, but we use the client Outlook 2007 for download all message from de Zimbra Server by POP3, and download fine, but the problem is when the user try to send one message using Outlook to another user of Lotus Domino, this is a local message, and use a internet address of the user send me this message:

    Reporting-MTA: dns;
    X-Postfix-Queue-ID: 2CCBB28F8CD
    X-Postfix-Sender: rfc822;
    Arrival-Date: Wed, 24 Nov 2010 00:27:19 -0600 (CST)

    Final-Recipient: rfc822;
    Original-Recipient: rfc822;
    Action: failed
    Status: 5.0.0

    You need to look in the log files for the exact error that Zimbra encounters, however, I suspect you need to set-up a Split Domain as per the wiki article.
