Default I have similar issue but your solution does not work

I have a web server that has contact forms that send emails to local zimbra address and they work just fine; however, when the same web server tries to send an order confirmation, the following error occurs:

Transaction failed. The server response was: 5.7.1 <>: Relay access denied
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: System.Net.Mail.SmtpException: Transaction failed. The server response was: 5.7.1 <>: Relay access denied

Also, I should mention that the error occurs on any server that is outside the network and accessing zimbra server via public ip. All web servers within network are able to send emails to the outside world. All servers outside the local network are only able to send emails to the local accounts but not to the outside world. I made sure that the outside public addresses are added to the MTA trusted network.

Any help would be highly appreciated.
