    Default IDLE support?

Hey guys, I was doing some reading and saw this thread here: http://www.zimbra.com/forums/showthr...&highlight=NIO and was wondering if we still have to use that command to enable IDLE support.

When I check the compatibility of our current IMAP it does not list IDLE as being one of them. I am using the 4.0 RC1... haven't upgraded to 4.0 final yet.

    Thanks in advance,

IMAP IDLE support is not production ready yet. There is a 100% CPU spin because of how we use the Java APIs if the IMAP operation blocks and the client closes the connection.

Is there an ETA on when IDLE will be ready? It's a pretty nice feature especially now that the Mail (OS X) plugin exists for supporting it.

    Thanks man,
