Default changing how often zimbra looks if anything is running

Is there a way to change how often zimbra looks if anything is running, by default is set by 2 min, can I change it to 5 or 10 min or even more time?

I've wondered about this before. The thing is, I'm sure there must be a reason why it checks so frequently, but for lower powered hardware, slowing it down may help.

Does anyone know what effect changing this may have?
