    Default Problem connecting to Administration Console

    Hello, I hope you might be able to help me.

    I'm trying to connect to the Zimbra Administration Console via:

    https://xx.xxx.xx.x:7071

    but I keep getting a timeout.

    Also unable to telnet 7071

    Is it a firewall problem? I'm unable to change the firewall settings, would it be possible to access over a VPN?

    You should be using the FQDN of your server not the IP address - from that I'd guess you need to set-up a Split DNS so Zimbra (postfix) can resolve it's own IP address.
