I did a zmsshkeygen rsa and I still get errors when trying to use the manage mail queues menu. I made sure the perms were correct:

    zimbra@chamber:~/.ssh$ ls -la
    total 28
    drwx------ 2 zimbra zimbra 4096 Oct 3 14:01 .
    drwxr-xr-x 39 root root 4096 Sep 27 00:33 ..
    -rw------- 1 zimbra zimbra 237 Oct 3 14:01 authorized_keys
    -rw------- 1 zimbra zimbra 237 Oct 3 14:01 identity
    -rw-r--r-- 1 zimbra zimbra 391 Oct 3 14:01 known_hosts
    -rwx------ 1 zimbra zimbra 883 Oct 3 13:57 zimbra_identity
    -rwx------ 1 zimbra zimbra 237 Oct 3 13:57 zimbra_identity.pub

One thing I did that wasn't mentioned was to add the zimbra_identiy.pub to identity and authorized_keys.... zmsshkeygen rsa did not do that for me... I'm not sure how this is supposed to work so... if someone could explain how the keys get loaded into memory or the passphrase is entered when the Mail Queues are used... would be helpful
