Default Pound + Zimbra : Port Redirection...

I installed a pound server working on port 443 (https) and severall http servers on backoffice (different ports and differents servers).

My problem is that when I login to my zimbra server (https://www.mydomain.com) and I enter Username and Password, I'm redirected to http://www.mydomain.com:443/zimbra/mail

If I simply modify URL and add a "s" to become https, everything is working normally (I'm logged and I can Read or Write my emails)

I spent a lot of time and read tons of articles trying to solve my issue but without any success. I only found some guys having the same problem...

    I had exactly the same problem with mediawiki when I was saving a new edited page but I solved simply with adding $wgServer="https://www.mydomain.com";
Someone clearly explained it's related to host address which is the internet facing address on normal mode but not the case with a reverse proxy.

You can see the problem with HTTP_HOST that become "www.mydomain.com:443" after proxy

It's the reason why mediawiki solve the issue with this variable.

I tryed to modify severall configurations files on Zimbra but without any success.

    Is-It a bug or did I missed something ?

    HELP !!!

    PS: I'm using Zimbra 4.0.1 GA 324

It seems to be a problem with your proxy. Do you have a trace of the exact network requests? You could try adding ?redirect=0 to the URL to try and stop the redirect but that may not work in your case.

I don't think it's a problem with pound because thats the normal behaviour.
The problem is that Zimbra try to reconstruct URL based on HTTP_HOST instead of a static URL.

I tryed to modify url with ?redirect=0 but nothing changed, always redirected to http://www.mydomain.com:443

Here is the detail of phpinfo to understand HTTP Request :

    HTTP Request Headers
    HTTP Request:GET /phpinfo.php HTTP/1.1
    Host:www.mydomain.com:443
    User-Agent:Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.7) Gecko/20060909 Firefox/1.5.0.7
    Accept: text/xml,application/xml,application/xhtml+xml,text/html;q=0.9,text/plain;q=0.8,image/png,*/*;q=0.5
    Accept-Language:en-us,en;q=0.5
    Accept-Encoding:gzip,deflate
    Accept-Charset:ISO-8859-1,utf-8;q=0.7,*;q=0.7
    Keep-Alive:300
    Connection:keep-alive
    X-Forwarded-For:62.39.9.251
    HTTP Response Headers
    X-Powered-By:PHP/4.4.2-1build1
    Keep-Alive:timeout=15, max=100
    Connection:Keep-Alive
    Transfer-Encoding:chunked
    Content-Type:text/html; charset=UTF-8

You can see it's clearly indicated that it's a Proxy request (X-Forwarded-For)

Is there a way I can statically define URL for Zimbra as I've done for mediawiki ?
