    Sl. No.3, partial out bound emails generating errors, that too, our staff has sent in bulk mails to yahoo domain, but when we sent one or two, it reaches fine. please help me...

    Yeah that explains it. They could have detected the large flow and sensed you as possible spammer. Your ISP might be the one restricting bulk mail sending. I am afraid at this point you will have to do a bit of digging and find out ways to ensure your IP is genuine. Perhaps setting up rdns entries for your MX ip or setting SPF may help.
