Though if 'postqueue' work usually means postfix is running, but just to be sure try:
su - zimbra
Also test the following:
(1) Send email from one local account to another local account, does the email got delivered?
(2) Send email from an external account to a local account, does the email got delivered?
(3) Are all or partial out bound emails generating errors?
Thanks Mr. John Siu for your reply.
Sl. No.1, works fine
Sl. No.2, works fine
Sl. No.3, partial out bound emails generating errors, that too, our staff has sent in bulk mails to yahoo domain, but when we sent one or two, it reaches fine. please help me...
hi.. thanks for reply.
i think earlier our staff has send those mails in bulk., will it be a problem....pls
Yeah that explains it. They could have detected the large flow and sensed you as possible spammer. Your ISP might be the one restricting bulk mail sending. I am afraid at this point you will have to do a bit of digging and find out ways to ensure your IP is genuine. Perhaps setting up rdns entries for your MX ip or setting SPF may help.
