    Default All Emails ending in junk folder

    All emails coming through my server is ending in the junk folder. Last week, I realized that I was not able to access the spam email via the web, so I decided to delete the account and recreate another spam account. After that this week, I start to notice that all the legit emails are ending in the junk folder of all the users. Please help me resolve this problem.
