    Default Email copy request

    Hi,

I've just had a request from my boss. He wants a copy of all email sent, and all email received by a specific user.

I know I can do sent, via the forwarding. Is there a quick way to deal with incoming email?

Archiving sounds like the solution, but this is a one off thing, and archiving seems like overkill.

You may want to have a look at Legal Intercept

You may use postfix's always_bcc or sender_bcc_maps & recipient_bcc_maps. Check Postfix Configuration Parameters

Remember, this gets overwritten with upgrade, so you need to re-do after any upgrades.

It seems that recipient_bcc causes delivery notification to be sent out for the original address, and the bcc address. Yikes.
