    Default ....restore mail

.. Hi.. .. I have the following problem, maybe it's easy to fix, but not how.
I need to restore a post days ago, these letters were eliminated, but I have a folder / opt/zimbra/store / on that day. "I can I restore the emails to that folder or another folder I need? .. Is it just moving messages to the folder /opt/ zimbra/store/?

    I have Release 6.0.7_GA_2473 RHEL5 FOSS edition ...

    Please I need your help.
... thank you very much in advance.

If the messages were deleted, then they are gone. It is not as simple as moving them into the store folder. They also have corresponding metadata entries in the database, and within the indexes. The Network Edition will allow you to preform restores/rollbacks to certain dates. The new 7.0 version also has 'recover deleted' option for items emptied from the trash.

If you have the raw .msg files from a store backup, you can use zmlmtpinject to re-inject them into the system as new emails. Searching the wiki and forums will give you some usage information for that utility, but that's the best you're going to get.
