Some Clients Can't Login

i have zimbra installed in my network on CentOS and everything is going fine...
Zimbra in authenticating from Windows AD.
I got some error while some of my clients were not able to access the zimbra mails on Zimbra Desktop.
I have tried it on browser but same error ???
The username or password is incorrect. Verify that CAPS LOCK is not on, and then retype the current username and password.
We learn something every day, and lots of times it's that what we learned the day before was wrong.
