    Default Form workflow

This seems like a good topic to ask for following.
We are a small organization of 20, that doesn't have a separate HRMIS, nor we have a separate time/vacation evidence system.

I'd like to cover a vacation/absence evidence in Zimbra. The current procedure on a single paper is:
    - employee requests an absence
    - superior agrees and forwards to office assistant
    - assistant confirms the number of days/vacation
    - manager accepts
What is the solution to this? To create somehow a form?
Absence should be visible to all, so it's related to calendar sharing with every user on zimbra domain.

The above questions didn't have anything to do with the thread they were posted in, so I've moved them to a new thread.

The only connection to calendar sharing is that you want the absence to be visible, but simple free/busy will accomplish that. Or if you want to share calendars to everyone and have it mounted, that's an entirely separate topic.

Regarding your main question, I'm afraid I can't think of a good way to do this in Zimbra. You probably want to vote for Bug 15061 – Support Workflow/Business Processes

Thank you. You're right, I posted there because I don't like opening a new threads. But, it's been years now how I miss this.
