    Is there a way to view a schedule for a resource without starting a new app. and adding the resource?

    My searches on the forum for this have not been fruitful. I, too, would like users to be able to call up a particular conference room's calendar. I've seen vague references to using zmprov, sharing the calendar, but no specific instructions.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    you should be able to set a password on the resource and login to it, and share the calendar with who ever you want. They can view it in their list of calendars.

    You can also grant access via zmprov/zmailbox. Something like:

    Code:
    zmprov
    prov> sm {resource-account}
    mbox {resouce-account}> mfg /Calendar public read
    mbox {resouce-account}> exit
    prov> exit
    Typing "mfg" without any args will dump out usage.

    Default Thanks!

    Very useful, just what I needed. (Note: it's mfg /Calendar public r -- not read).

    Once we get resource delegation, things'll be chugging wonderfully. Thanks again.
