Wondering if i can create a profile for admin rigths.. i mean, i want to enable the accounts of technical support fellows, to enter in administrative session but to only be able to create/modify accounts, and thats it, is this posible?

I'll move this to the correct forum as it's not a Zimbra Desktop question (which is where you posted it). What have you tried so far? Have you searched the forums and wiki for details about delegated admin? Have you read the Admin Guide for details about delegated admin?

I have read the admin guide, but couldnt find anything on how to enable specific admin rigths to some users. Rigth now i can only enable global admin rigths to a user, and as i said before, i just need to enable some rigths not all.
